Have a grow tower? Have a greenhouse? Have a garden? Find new ways to connect high school students to elementary classrooms with a curriculum designed to explore food, science, engineering, technology, and innovation in plant production. The goal of the curriculum is to equip high school students to take elementary students on a journey to understand food scalability. Students of all ages will learn side-by-side how plants grow and develop a food distribution plan from their growth. Join this workshop to learn how to access the curriculum and see an example of how an after-school program recruited high school agricultural education students to teach the curriculum in an after-school setting.
