What are the current gaps between the number of teachers being prepared and the openings within Nebraska FCS? What has transpired during the past 15 years and what do we need to do as a profession to keep our numbers increasing? The 3 post-secondary FCS teacher preparation faculty will collaborate and share what they see that needs to be done to sustain our programs, creative programming, and support for new teachers, no matter which path they take to become educators.
