High quality child care is a necessity for healthy families and economies. Family and consumer sciences (FCS) teachers are addressing this need by offering classes through the early childhood education program of study. This session will provide an example of how to develop an early childhood program of study in a rural school. Participants will see examples of FCCLA integration, work-based learning options, and professional resource integration.
