Labs are a critical part of the Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) classroom. They can be rather chaotic at times. How can teachers structure the environment and experience to calm the chaos? This session is designed for the FCS teacher who wants to learn some methods for streamlining, organizing, planning, and evaluating labs in the FCS classrooms.
